About this Event
Consider these questions...
1. Are you looking for methods to improve communication and increase productivity?
2. Do you know what keeps your team members up at night? What motivates them to succeed?
3. Have a sneaking suspicion that you're not speaking the same language as your clients?
Have you heard about the Enneagram? It’s all over social media these days but what exactly is it and how does it apply to your personal and professional life?
We’re going to answer those questions in our Brunch & Learn session featuring certified Enneagram Coach Dani Cooper!
Geared towards teams and individuals alike, this session will introduce you to all nine personality types, uncovering the hidden gifts and struggles of each type. Knowing the types and identifying types within your team will help to improve communication, avoid and resolve conflict, and can produce tremendous growth.
whats your number?
Have you taken any of the tests to determine your number? We’ll take one prior to this session and then Dani will dive into the differences between each type during her presentation.
Did you know that understanding what type your boss is can help you better manage your working relationship? It’s true for all of your colleagues too! Self-awareness is the starting point.
understand your clients
If you understand all of the Enneagram types, you can assess and anticipate the needs of your clients better too. Wouldn’t that be amazing?
